Screwtape Defeated Such a brilliant, unique composition of tracks! Which is what you would expect from Lucidstatic. I've got many favorite tracks so it was difficult to just choose one :-) Favorite track: Manic High In Low.

about

These songs originated through a hopeful collaboration that never saw fruition. The demos were built utilizing elements from
Sound Dev Alphas, a kit created by Stereophonicshock Audio/Visual Propaganda Industries. Me and SAVPI agreed the demos were
decent enough to release and one day the final collabs may see the light of day. These songs stray from the normal format of
Lucidstatic and are a bit more experimental, spacious, and take some risks I would normally avoid. These songs were written and produced
between 2013 and 2014. They were birthed in guest rooms, spare couches, and nearly submerged lake cabins.Hopefully you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed creating them.

Thanks to Levi for handling the processing of these messy beasts, Josh for letting me work with his photo of mannequins, Bethan and
company for allowing me to write a song you could belly dance to, Sean for the incredible artwork, Chris for the glitchtastic images,
SAVPI for the chance to delve into there sounds, all the fans for sticking around for my madness. Change is coming.

Effortlessly fusing addictive rhythms with slicing beatwork and thought-provoking samples to create sonic compositions that grab the listener by the tympanic membrane. ... more
